Reverend Al Sharpton plans to meet with LA County Sheriff Lee Baca on Monday following international outrage over Paris Hilton’s release from State custody after serving three days behind bars for Probation Violation. Tattles are snitching that Paris’ early release was a part of an elaborate deal the Hilton’s hashed out with authorities three weeks ago.

The Parasite may be on her way back to the Big House.

“The City Attorney filed a petition for an order to show cause why the sheriff should not be held in contempt for releasing Ms. Hilton, and demanded that she be held in custody,” Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said late Thursday afternoon.

Paris Hilton is sort of like one of those giant roaches that used to plague apartments in the hood. Try to stomp her out, and she just keeps on tickin. Reverend Al Sharpton, President of National Action Network, has blasted the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for Paris Hilton’s early release from a Lynnwood, California Correctional Facility after serving just three days on a forty-five day sentence.

Rev. Sharpton says:

“Though I have nothing but empathy for Ms. Hilton whom I have met and appeared with on Saturday Night Live the night I hosted in 2003, this early release gives all of the appearances of economic and racial favoritism that is constantly cited by poor people and people of color. There are any number of cases of people who handle being incarcerated badly and even have health conditions that are not released.

I have served several sentences for civil rights and civil disobedience actions and I even fasted which caused health concerns to prison authorities who paid for a doctor to come see me daily rather than release me. This act smacks of the double standards that many of us raise.”
