Lionel Richie’s reformed wildchild daughter Nicole wed Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden in an intimate ceremony in Beverly Hills over the weekend, and a familiar face was on hand to officiate their wedding: hip-hop icon and reality star Reverend Run!

The couple exchanged vows at the estate of Nicole’s famous dad on Saturday, with the Run-DMC rapper and practicing minister, 46, overseeing the ceremony, Us Magazine reports.

JoJo Simmons Marijuana Arrest Featured On “Run’s House”

Hip-hop legend Rev. Run decided to feature the drug arrest of his oldest son, JoJo, on the family’s hit MTV reality show, Run’s House.

Earlier this year, the 19-year-old was arrested after purchasing marijuana in Manhattan. JoJo has been charged with disorderly conduct and will not face jail time.

Rev. Run Kool-Aid KaBOOM! Initiative

Run DMC pioneer Rev. Run has signed on as the brand ambassador and spokesman for the Kool-Aid KaBOOM! Initiative, a national non-profit organization which aims to build 24 playgrounds in cities around the U.S.

“I grew up drinking and loving Kool-Aid and associate it with fun childhood memories,” the star of MTV’s hit reality series Run’s House says. “I’m personally committed to bringing families together — at the dinner table, in communities and on playgrounds. I’m hopeful that by working together, Kool-Aid, KaBOOM!, and I can make a real difference in kids’ lives by allowing them to have fun and create the memories that will serve them well for many years to come.”
