In case you haven’t heard 50 Cent and Rick Ross are going at it as part of hip-hop’s latest beef.
Instead of offering up a diss track, 50’s decided to poke fun at Ricky’s past as a correctional officer in a new animated series, entitled Officer Ricky.

Rick Ross has blasted an image depicting him as a young correctional officer that emerged on a number of celebrity snitch sites on Monday. The Miami rapper insists the picture has been digitally altered.

Rick Ross’ sophomore album has been pushed back to February 19th. “Trilla,” was all set to be released on Dec. 18 from Slip-N-Slide/Def Jam, but the album’s first single, “Speedin’” featuring R. Kelly, is stuck at a standstill at No. 76 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Def Jam decided to move the CD’s release date to Feb. 19 so that the project has more time to develop, reports Billboard.com.
“‘Trilla’ means real enough and was really inspired by Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller,’” Ross tells Billboard.com. “It’s going to be the biggest street album of the year.”
