One of a kind Rihanna was taken aback when she — and the rest of the world discovered that Ciara, 23, had copied the Barbadian beauty’s hairstyle right down to the swept bangs across the forehead, spywitnesses reveal in the August 11 issue of Star Magazine.

“Ciara has always looked up to Rihanna, so this is not a big surprise,” says an insider. “They used to be friends, but Rihanna’s over her. She’d like Ciara to get her own look.”

Add Neptunes founder and superproducer Pharrell Williams to the list of penises being romantically-linked to pop star Rihanna. The “Umbrella” singer has prompted speculation that she is dating Williams after the pair were allegedly spotted walking past her London hotel together.

A source said: “It’s no secret that Rihanna and Pharrell have chemistry. And not just in the studio — they seem mesmerised by each other.”

Rihanna is hoping to recapture the Grammy-winning magic of her hit 2007 single “Umbrella” with the release of a “legendary” new album. The hitmaking islander is teaming up with five of today’s hottest music stars for her next effort.

Jay-Z, Kanye West, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, and Soulja Boy are some of the industry heavyweights being courted to provide cameoss and production on the still-untitled effort.

“Rihanna has been working with the biggest names in the business. The word the record company is using about this album is legendary,”an informant dished in a clandestine chat with The Mirror this week. “She is going to blow everyone away. This album will come from the heart – Chris may not want to listen.”

Is Rihanna looking to change careers? The ink-lovin’ R&B pop star was snapped taking tattoo lessons at East Side Ink in New York City’s East Village on Wednesday.

Although a Los Angeles judge has ordered that Chris Brown not to go within 50 yards of his former girlfriend Rihanna after he recently pleaded guilty to beating her in a fight last winter, the exes want to do away with the stay away order so that they can “work on their friendship.”

“They think it’s unnecessary and ridiculous,” a mutual friend blabbed to The NY Daily News last week. “After [the proceeding], Ri and Chris talked on the phone for almost an hour and really worked at becoming friends. They’re solid now.”

Chris Brown has reached a plea bargain in his felony assault case.

Chris pleaded guilty to committing felony assault against his pop star ex Rihanna in a brawl last February during a hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday. According to the crooner’s attorney Mark Geragos, was sentenced to five years of supervised probation, two weeks of domestic violence counseling, and six months (180 days) of community service.

Rihanna entered the Los Angeles courtroom after Chris had left and accepted a stay-away order, which prevents her from having any contact Chris until Aug. 5. Chris Brown must also stay at least 50 feet away from the singer.

Rihanna did not have to testify.
