After months of diet and exercise, The View’s Sherri Shepherd debuted her new and improved swimsuit body on The View Thursday.

“I feel really great,” she said. “I just wanted to show people that you don’t have to do anything crazy. You just have to make some choices and exercise and the weight will drop off. I hope some folks were inspired.”

The View’s ditzy Sherri Shepherd will make a special appearance on MyNetworkTV’s WWE Friday Night SmackDown this Friday, May 1st.

Sherri climbs into the ring as the United States Championship goes on the line.
