Tennis ace Venus Williams showed off more than her eye-popping backhand at the French Open on Sunday. Just a few months after making headlines with another bizarre design from her sportswear collection
— stunning everyone with nude undies at the Australian Open — Williams turned heads again after wearing a lacy black Fredericks of Hollywood-esque corset with spaghetti straps, red trim, and nude underwear to grasp a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Patty Schnyder in the opening round.

Cleveland residents have come together to pay musical tribute to NBA hoopster LeBron James in the new viral video, “We Are LeBron.” The Cavaliers star is expected to depart the team in the coming weeks — becoming the NBA’s biggest free agent — after losing the final three games of the Eastern Conference semifinals to the Boston Celtics last week.

<

Lyrics: “There comes a time, when a decision must be made Will the King, move on or will he stay? We’re helplessly waiting, as we hold our breath in fear. Should we renew, our tickets for next year? Please stay LeBron, We really need you No bigger market’s gonna love you half as much as we do It’s a choice you’re making, will you go or will you stay…. What will we do with that big sign, if you move away? Just tell us King, what changes we must make, We’ll rename every street ‘LeBron’ if that’s what it takes…. New York’s overcrowded, Those people are unbearable, And don’t forget, the Knicks and Nets are terrible…. Please stay LeBron, we really need you, No bigger market’s gonna love you half as much as we do…”

This has to be one of the weirdest rumors we’ve heard this year — but it’s heating up The Snitch Circuit as we speak! According to the grapevine, Gloria James, mother of (soon-to-be ex) Cleveland Cavaliers player LeBron James, is having an affair with her son’s teammate and friend, Delonte West.

(AKA — The high-yellow child who got collared with an arsenal of guns while motorbiking through the Washington, DC suburbs last year….)

Suspended Washington Wizards star Gilbert Arenas will not face jail time for his felony gun conviction from a locker room confrontation with a teammate. A judge sentenced the NBA star to two years probation, 30 days in a halfway house, and 400 hours of community service.

Mike Tyson will show off his lifelong obsession with pigeons in a new reality soap airing on Animal Planet. Take on Tyson, set for early next year, pits the ferocious fighter and his birds against the best professional pigeon racers in New York.

“I may have stopped fighting,” says the former heavyweight boxing champ. “But I never stopped flying birds. It’s my first love. I am a little worried about the sitcom effect. Mike Tyson and Animal Planet? They don’t seem to go together, do they?”

Mike has been caring for pigeons since he was about 10 or 11, but has never raced the creatures. These days, Mike owns “a few hundred birds” in two lofts outside Manhattan.

Taking on Tyson begins shooting next month in Mike’s native Brooklyn.

Philadelphia Inquirer sports columnist Stephen A. Smith is citing various sources who claim that ousted hiladelphia 76ers guard Allen Iverson is an alcoholic with a serious gambling addiction — having already been banned from casinos in Detroit, Memphis, and Denver.

“If numerous NBA sources are telling the truth — and there’s no reason to believe they’d do otherwise in a situation of this magnitude — Iverson will either drink himself into oblivion or gamble his life away,” Smith wrote in his Sunday column.
