Will singing legend Stevie Wonder be a featured contestant on the 8th season of Dancing With the Stars next year?
The R&B staple says he likes the idea, but nothing is set in stone just yet.
“It’d be fun,” Stevie said on 104.3 MY Fm’s “Valentine in the Morning” program on Wednesday. “It’s not impossible, but right now it’s just a thought.”
“Come on. You’ve got to think. If I have 7 children, I’ve got to be able to dance right?”
The Porter Ranch-area mansion belonging to music icon Stevie Wonder went up in flames earlier this week. According to New York Post, the home was demolished after coming into contact with a raging California wildfire.
The Post writes: “Everything was destroyed – all of Stevie’s memorabilia, photos, musical instruments, history, clothing, furniture, everything. It’s all gone. It was his main residence and he is utterly devastated. Stevie’s had to put his tour and appearances on hold while he deals with this.”
The Library of Congress will award Stevie Wonder with its second ever Gershwin Prize for Songwriting in Washington, DC next February.
