Fulton County Superior Court spokeswoman Jada Hudspeth says a final decree in the divorce case was issued Wednesday.

Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, filed for divorce from Tameka Raymond on June 12, claiming there was “no reasonable hope of reconciliation” and the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

The couple married in August 2007 and have two young sons, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.

In case you haven’t heard, Usher claims Tameka was turned into a Melrose Place superbitch one night last August and showed up at his mama’s house, and banging on the door late night demanding her children. The next day, Usher woke to find his SUV “allegedly” (Wink, Wink) keyed by the ex, Tamkea Raymond. Police found no evidence to support Usher’s claim.

When Usher’s “Papers” dropped earlier this week, we knew it was only a matter of time before the soon-to-be former Mrs. Raymond said her peace — and we were right. On Thursday, Tameka Foster hit Global Grind to share her views on Usher’s very public diss.

Here’s an excerpt:

The mirrors have definitely become smoky. So much in fact that it makes it hard for one to decipher reality from the facade. Is it Live or Memorex? Even the public should recognize the #FF (fame fanatics) who go to such great lengths to garner attention ranging from publicity ploys, outlandish stage outfits, sex tapes, head shaving, public grand standing, picture leaks and throwing tantrums. From vintage concepts of dating shows in hopes of finding a soul mate (huh? #wheredotheydothatat) to trying to hit Billboard Charts by any means necessary. Surely, the fans know better than to think what flows from “the pen” of any writer embodies the details of another human’s deepest and true desires. Sadly, men singing about love, politics, marriage, children or anything genuine and benevolent equates to album sales flop, mundane chatter and waning popularity. It takes a song about disparaging all the aforementioned just to get accolades and spins on the radio. Unlike a mathematical equation the negative induces the positive. The need to placate fans puts artists at their mercy, leading to maniacal decisions. But I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. I digress….

Aisha Curry, who wrote the book Pretty For a Black Girl several years ago, is crestfallen and accuses Foster of intentionally lifting passages of her writing and passing them off as her own.

If this is true, Tameka fails at life.

“My heart sank into my stomach. All the hard work, all the sleepless nights I had endured was playing back in my head as I read this article written by a woman I didn’t even know,” Curry told Black Voices’ BV Buzz Column on Thursday. “Why did I feel so connected to this article? Suddenly, it came to me. It was my work! It was my work, my voice, but in her words. I was frozen. Tears began rolling down my face as I read line after line after line. I couldn’t believe it. The idea that someone could gain notoriety from an issue that I first brought to the forefront is mindboggling. People were praising her for tackling an issue that had never been exposed. Hello?!? I wrote the book on it and started it years ago. The only difference between her article and my book is she used ‘dark-skinned’ and I used ‘Black.’”

Here are some excerpts from Tameka’s interview with LaShonda:

Q: Sorry to change the topic, but there is a strong rumor that you threatened violence against a specific Atlanta based blogger due to she was stating multiple unconfirmed details regarding your divorce. Would you like to address this?

A: The rumor is actually quite boring, juvenile, yet hilarious. Ironically, I never knew of her or her blog until an associate alerted me about her and her erroneous remarks. I think the case with SO many bloggers is that there are good ones and there are those that are negative. When did they become a credible source on my life? I believe some of their blogs are actually erected to fulfill a certain void or insecurity within the writer. Deplorably, most don’t bother to “fact” check, they just sensationalize, repeat rumors or make them up in hopes of more hits and the possibilities from potential advertisers, I’ve learned. Those with malicious agendas don’t want the truth anyway. However, for the record- Be clear, I don’t do very much anonymously nor do I make threats, I’m a grown woman and there’s no need for me to make silly threats. Especially to the likes of disgruntled “Mean Girl” types hiding behind keyboards. Goodness, where do they find the time? In other words I did NOT threaten this Atlanta based blogger.

Q: Being in the spotlight is never easy. And the paparazzi have definitely gone after you regarding your high profile relationship. In one incident, I recall an unflattering picture from a photo shoot that circulated the blogs for quite some time. This one picture lead many people to believe that you developed a complex about your personal appearance and sought cosmetic surgery in Brazil because of that. Is this true?

A: Yes, there is an unauthorized altered photo that was taken with the intent of being a head shot (ie; to be cropped at the chest), it was not styled at all and shot at the end of a shoot. Unfortunately, it got into the wrong hands and a little Photoshop work is done and ‘voila’ you have a bad and funny shot of someone’s wife. A real knee-slapper. As far as my experience in Brazil, I NEVER had any cosmetic surgery done at all. I was to undergo a standard 30-40 min procedure and I had an adverse reaction to the anesthesia, nothing was ever started or happened. Never was there a planned ‘tummy tuck’ as reported. I have had nothing done aside from being birthed from parents blessed with awesome health and good genetics. I love me/ my body yet for a brief moment I got a little caught up in the Worldly perception of beauty and made an impromptu, unwise decision that I learned a valuable lesson from, I was only two months post delivery. I thank God for all that he has blessed me with. There are no complexes, no shortcuts and to stay focused is the answer.

Q: So, you never went into cardiac arrest as stated by the media outlets?

A: Yes I did, but it was due to an adverse reaction to the anesthesia.

A $80 million fortune is up for grabs in the pending divorce between R&B crooner Usher, 30, and his estranged wife, Tameka, and The National Enquirer claims the Grammy-winning star is hoping to tip the scale in his favor by questioning whether he’s really the father of Tameka’s 6-month-old son, Naviyd.

According to Enquirer spies, although Usher loves the couple’s sons — Naviyd and 2-year-old Usher IV, he has questioned paternity from the moment Tameka — who has three sons from a previous marriage — announced her fifth pregnancy.

“The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did that happen?’ — because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited,” a friend of the star reveals. “He’s determined to get truthful answers.”

When Naviyd was born last December, Usher and Tameka, 38, were already separated. The “Confessions” star became concerned that Tameka had been unfaithful to him after friends confessed that the former celebrity stylist had “got with another man” in the early stages of her rough patch with Usher.

It is a claim Tameka vehemently denies. In fact, the soon-to-be two-time divorcee insists her younger hubby is the father of her infant son and she’s ready to take the star to the cleaners for even suggesting otherwise.

“She says that although they weren’t spending that much time together, they did get together for one night of passion. And that’s when she got pregnant,” the snitch whispers, adding that Tameka is “going to fight for what she thinks she should have.”

“She’s frightened to death she’ll have to go back to a life of poverty. It’s going to be a nasty, NASTY divorce.”

Tameka Foster Raymond, the soon-to-be former wife of R&B star Usher, committed a major Twitter snafu last week that has unveiled her true feeling about her divorce attorney, Randall M. Kessler.

“On Wednesday, Foster performed a notorious twitter snafu when she inadvertently posted a message to Star Jones on her public page instead of sending it as a private direct message,” celebrity snitch Jawn Murray of Black Voices’ BV Buzz column wrote last week.

“@starjonesesq my lawyer= horrible. Need the name/number of a good one in Atlanta,” Tameka wrote in a public Tweet to the legal eagle turned View co-host.

Realizing her mistake, the 38-year-old, who has two toddler sons with Usher, immediately posted a second Tweet asking: “Please delete this…it was a DM mistake. Not for ppl to see. I’m sorry.”

Usher is trading in the ole ball and chain for a new cougar. We hear the “Nice & Slow” star isn’t done with the old broads just yet. Insiders tell The National Enquirer that the crooner has walked out on his stylist wife Tameka Foster, 38, after falling for a married 42-year-old record exec.

The “Yeah!” hitmaker, 30, filed divorce papers in his native Atlanta, Georgia last Friday — the documents stated there was “no reasonable hope of reconciliation” – and now we know why.

Usher has reportedly fallen in love with Grace Miguel, a 42-year-old executive at Def Jam Records.

“There were rumours all year that Usher was going to file for divorce. But it was only when he fell for Grace that he took action,” an Enquirer snitch squeals.

“Tameka made a last-ditch attempt to save the marriage. But the relationship has been over since Usher met Grace.”

The insider adds, “Usher couldn’t resist her – and they’ve been seeing each other regularly on the West Coast.”

Usher is seeking joint custody of the couple’s two sons, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, six months.

Just days after Usher filed for divorce from his 38-year-old wife Tameka Foster, sources close to the couple are telling all to PEOPLE Magazine.

The 30-year-old crooner filed for divorce in Atlanta on Friday.

A friend of Tameka’s tells PEOPLE, the marriage was troubled from the start. Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, wasn’t ready to “settle down” when they were married in September 2007, according to the pal.

“They peaked before they even got married. Right after it was over, they started to drift apart. [Usher] just wasn’t ready to settle down, at least not with her,” the insider reveals.

The couple began spending more time apart and only came together for their sons, 18-month-old Usher and 6-month-old Naviyd. “They’ve been going their own way for awhile. They don’t spend a lot of time with each other. When they were together, it was all about the boys,” the friend adds.

Another source, who asked not to be identified, says no one expected the marriage to last. “No one I’ve spoken to is surprised. As bad as this is gonna sound, it was never a matter of ‘I wonder if they’ll divorce,’ but more like ‘I wonder WHEN they’ll divorce.’”

Attorney Randall Kessler, who is representing the former celebrity stylist in the divorce, says Tameka will respond to the divorce petition in a “timely manner.”

“We were hoping this case would be resolved privately, but since Usher filed it publically we will have to respond.”
