Usher and his over-the-hill wife, Tameka Foster, are divorcing after two sons — Usher Raymond V, 18 months and Naviyd, 6 months — and nearly two years of marriage, In Touch Weekly is reporting.

Divorce papers for the couple were filed in Atlanta this morning, the tabloid has learned.

“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” according to an insider. “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”

Despite recent chatter that Usher’s wife, Tameka Raymond, will be the latest Southern Belle showing her color on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta, the professional stylist says she has turned down an offer to appear on the smash reality series.

“Although [Bravo] approached me, and I was flattered by the offer, I will not be joining the ‘Real Housewives’ cast,” Mrs. Raymond, a mother of five, said in an interview with Essence this month.

Usher and his wife Tameka have welcomed the arrival of their second son, born on Wednesday.

The new baby boy, whose name has not yet been released, joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who turned 1 on Nov. 26. Tameka, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship.
