You had to rob to get rich in the Reagan Era — and apparently, if you’re name isn’t Rihanna, Gaga, or Beyonce, you have to get naked on the Interwebs to sell records in Today’s Pop World.

Just ask R&B songstress Teairra Mari.

The one-time “Princess of the Roc” has yet to enjoy a flourishing music career since being dropped from Jay-Z’s now-defunct Roc-A-Fella imprint in 2006 — and it appears he quest to find a “Sponsor” isn’t working out so well either. As any fallen R&B starlet will attest, posting semi nude photos of yourself is always an option when no one is talking about you. Alas, the “Make A Girl Feel” singer, 23, has fallen under fire after she Twitpic’d this image of her bare boobs last week, with the following caption: “Steamin’ it up does wonders for the skin.”

Singer Monica, DJ Clue, and former 106 & Park host Free also attended the event.

Three years after she quickly faded from the scene after being crowned “Princess of The Roc,” Teairra Mari is back in business and “Causing A Scene” with Flo Rida.

Teairra Mari’s upcoming sophomore album, At That Point, has been pushed back until early summer.

The delay comes after Fo’ Reel Entertainment and Warner Bros. Records decided to team up to promote the new album–Teairra’s first since leaving Def Jam Records in 2007.

Teairra Mari, best known her 2005 Summer banger “Make Her Feel Good,” is back after a departure from Def Jam. The young R&B is creating a buzz for her upcoming solo effort with a photoshoot in the October 2008 issue of King Magazine.

“I got a call before my high-school graduation,” Teairra says. “I kept it to myself for about six months; I didn’t even tell my mom. Then news about it started coming out on the radio. I stopped doing music for a year.”

“No No No” is Teairra’s first release under her new deal with Interscope.

Since giving up her “crown” at the Princess of the Roc several months ago, “Make a Girl Feel Good” hitmake Teairra Marie has moved to Interscope Records. Her sophomore release ‘Second Round’ has already been completed and is slated for release sometime this summer.
