Don’t squeeze The Biebs! All Hell has broken loose between bitter exes The-Dream and Christina Milian — and you’ll never guess what pop tart is at the center of the controversy.

The legal battles between Milian and the “Single Ladies” writer continue this week, but this time over the right’s to Justin Bieber’s 2009 mega-smash “Baby.” As part of their divorce proceedings, Milian was reportedly awarded 10 percent of The-Dream’s earnings from the song, which the couple helped write and produce. The superproducer (real name Terius Nash) is now claiming that Christina is demanding more than the agreed upon percentage. In fact, The-Dream has frozen all spousal payments following an attempt by Christina to renegotiate the terms of their split.

Milian’s lawyer tells TMZ.com: “Mr. Nash filed for divorce. He wanted the divorce, not our client. She then agreed to resolve it peacefully and outside of the court. Now his lawyer is writing me saying there’s no agreement when we 100% made an agreement on the record.”

The couple called it quits last year, after The-Dream abandoned a then-pregnant Christina to take up with his lusty Latina assistant.

The-Dream and Christina Milian have reached a $4 million settlement in their divorce, according to leaked report published on the pages of The Chicago Sun-Times last week.

“Ms. Milian strongly believes that peaceful resolution is better for their child and that she is very pleased with the settlement and that it was accomplished out of court,” said Milian’s lawyer, Randy Kessler.

The marriage was doomed after Dream fessed up to cheating on his soon-to-be ex-bride. In September, photos of the “Single Ladies” producer snuggling up to his bikini-clad assistant in the Caribbean surfaced online in September. In addition to the massive settlement sum, Milian will receive $5,000 a month in child support for the former couple’s only daughter together, Violet. Dream (real name Terius Nash) already has three children with his first wife, singer Nivea.

In the meantime, the “Dip It Low” singer, now 28, has turned her focus to working on a new album

“I’ve been regrouping with my life and everything that was going on,” Christina revealed to The BoomBox earlier this month. “I feel very confident, very sexy, alive. I feel responsible for a lot of things. I’m very thankful for being able to see the light and move forward in my life. Sometimes big things have to happen in your life to push forward and I’ve had a lot of big things.”

Cha-Ching: Christina Milian is likely laughing all the way to the courthouse after reaching an amicable divorce/custody settlement with her adulter ex, superproducer The-Dream.

Terms of the settlement remain confidential — but lawyers are expected to submit the paperwork to a Fulton County, Georgia judge later this month.

Milian and Dream were married in Sept. 2009. The following February, The-Dream (whose production hits include “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” and “Umbrella…”) filed for divorce nine days before Christina gave birth to the former couple’s only child, Violet.

With any luck, Christina could be single again by year’s end. (Start dusting off those pickup lines, Gentlemen.) Of course, Dream (real name Terius Nash) wasted no time moving on from his “unsuccessful” nups to the “Dip Low” siren. The documents do not lie. Adulterous producer The-Dream filed divorce papers in Georgia on Feb. 17, just nine days before his estranged wife Christina Milian gave birth to their now 5-month old daughter Violet.

The couple — who eloped in Las Vegas last August — went public with their split earlier this month, hot on the heels of the publication of a crop of images that featured the “Rockin’ That Thang” hitmaker canoodling on a Caribbean beach with his assistant, Melissa Santiago.

The “Single Ladies” songwriter claims he and Milian separated late last year: “The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.”

In the divorce filing, Dream (real name Terius Nash) cited the usual celebrity “favorite” irreconcilable differences as being the reason for their split.

The papers also state that the marriage is “irretrievably broken.”

Hip-hop singer/songwriter/producer The-Dream just posted an open letter on his website — in which he claims he tried to commit suicide when he realized his marriage with “Dip It Low” crooner Christina Milian was doomed.

The two announced their split on Monday — just hours after paparazzi photos of the father of four frolicking in the Caribbean in the company of his assistant (Melissa Santiago) surfaced online.

The open letter began:

“In My Own Words: First I want to thank God for the trials of life, without them we can’t know purpose! I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn’t successful, but today that is between me and Christina. Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.”

The “Rockin’ That Thang” singer apologized for “misleading” his fans into thinking that his union with Christina — the second high-profile marriage for The-Dream — was solid.

“I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn’t for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina’s personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing. Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone’s feelings, I carried the weight in secret!”

In conclusion, he writes:

“This is not to justify anything, it’s true emotion! It’s a real thing that involves real people! I’ve cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I’ve tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming. But I was reminded by my MOTHER that I am not “Superman” and its okay to lose sometimes…”

Christina Milian has behaved like “Grace Under Fire” on the heels of reports this week romantically-linking her portly hubby, R&B singer/producer The-Dream, to his assistant, lusty Latina Melissa Santiago. The musician, whose real name is Terius Nash, released a statement Monday saying he and Milian split in late 2009, shortly after their September wedding. The announcement came after he was spotted getting cozy with Santiago in the Caribbean over the weekend.

Humiliated, Christina’s held her composure in the face of public embarrassment, but the “Dip It Low” hitmaker has taken all the lip she can stand from Hot 97 personality and notorious loudmouth, Funkmaster Flex.The Cuban crooner blew her top Tuesday after Flex hit his Twitter to declare Milian’s career was over following her separation from Nash.

“Christina Milian is Finished out here….Dream just wrapped you up….” he wrote.

The comment prompted Christina to reply with:

“@funkmasterflex when will u just leave me alone and get a life? I swear all uve ever done is pick on me. What’s ur problem dude? Go away.”

Surprisingly, the always chatty Flex, took the high road and offered his apologies to Christina.

Christina Milian and The-Dream hit the urban blogosphere in a big way this week after confirming that their 10-month marriage is over.

However, after saucy snaps of The-Dream frolicking with his mistress in the Caribbean surfaced online Monday, Hollywood is weighing in on the breakup. In the pictures, the musician — who has three children from his first marriage to R&B singer Nivea — is spotted getting frisky with a young woman, believed to be his personal assistant Melissa Santiago.

The couple are said to be trying to keep the split as amicable as possible for the sake of their five-month-old daughter Violet.

After saucy snaps of Terius “The-Dream” Nash getting his moan on with a new piece surfaced on the web Monday, the musician’s spokesperson issued a statement to Us Weekly confirming that he and wife Christina Milian — who wed just last summer and have a five-month-old daughter together — have been separated for more than six months and are in the early stages of a divorce.
