Hold on to your hair extensions and don’t be tardy for the party: On Thursday, Bravo announced that The Real Housewives of Atlanta will kick off its third season on Bravo Monday, Oct. 4 @ 9 PM ET/PT. As reported last month, two season vet Lisa Wu-Hartwell will be departing the series and making way for fellow ATL socialites Phaedra Parks and Cynthia Bailey.

Attention Reality Fans: There’s a Battle Royale brewing between three of The ATL’s shadiest queens!
In a scene ripped straight from a vintage episode of Jerry Springer, RadarOnline reports that while filming an episode of the upcoming third season of RHOA at the Loews Hotel in Atlanta last Friday, series stars NeNe and Kim and their resident gay Dwight Eubanks began scrapping in a hair-grabbing, fist-throwing brawl! All Hell broke loose after the ladies launched a vicious verbal attack on their former pal for allegedly gossiping behind their backs. Things quickly escalated, and before on-set snitches knew it, NeNe was going upside Dwight’s head with a chair while Kim was shoving her out of the way as she hoisted and hurled a vase at Eubanks.

Bryson Bryant, the 19-year-old son of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s “realest” cast mate NeNe Leakes, was arrested for the second time this month after cops just outside The ATL caught the troubled young man in possession of an unspecified, illegal weapon.
Just weeks ago, Bryson spent several days in the Fulton County Jail after he was collared with marijuana.
TMZ writes: “Officials at the Gwinnett County Detention Center tell TMZ Bryson Bryant — who appeared with his mother on the REALITY SHOW in the past — was arrested on Tuesday in Lawrenceville, Georgia — though it’s unclear what kind of weapon Bryson was packin.’”
We hear filming on the third season of RHOA got underway this week, so fans can look forward to at least some of this foolery being captured on film.
“The charges say he was in possession of a controlled substance and weapon by jail inmates. That means he had a weapon with him when he was arrested for possession of a controlled substance,” said an official from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department.
