VH1′s newest reality star — T.I. — has been returned to jail because he took a tour bus to his halfway house, TMZ said Friday.

The self-appointed “King of the South” was released from a federal prison in Arkansas a month early, but according to unnamed law-enforcement source a warden ordered the hip-hop star back to prison because he didn’t travel to the halfway house where he is supposed to be staying via van as he said he would.

“This is a bunch of bullshit…They should have said something before he got on the bus …T.I. would have politely gotten into a van,” Tip’s wife, former singer Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, fumes. “T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know … and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it’s not gonna work! ‘Cause what God got for him, can’t no man take that away … period!”

Tiny claims multiple prison officials took photos with T.I. in front of the luxury tour bus and no one objected at the time.

T.I. latest legal woes haven’t stopped VH1 from signing the rapper up for one of its famous celebreality shows.

According to VH1: “The show will follow T.I. as he re-adjusts to life as a free man after being incarcerated for nearly a year in a Federal prison in Arkansas. Can the King stay on the straight and narrow while juggling the chaos of his kingdom?”

The new series is tentatively set to debut in December.

T.I. was sentenced to 11 months in federal prison after his drug possession arrest last September. The arrest violated the terms of his probation for a 2008 federal gun conviction.

T.I. has taken the concept of having “Whatever You Like” to new heights.

The trouble-prone rapper is in more Hot Water — this time behind bars — after he and his homely bride, singer/songwriter Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were spotted getting their jollies during a recent visit.

Tip will spend the remainder of 2011 incarcerated in Arkansas State Prison on a probation violation charge. Inmates in the federal correctional system, like T.I., are not entitled to conjugal. Prison rules state that visitors may kiss and embrace at the start of the visit, but hands must be visible to staff at all time. Of course, that didn’t stop Tiny from breaking her man off with a handjob late last month.

What a respectable little Southern belle she is! Why Clifford Harris, getting your freak on while on lockdown we see. Impressive, but making sexy times with Atlanta’s prized piglet hen you’re already in a world of trouble likely isn’t the best way to prove that you’ve turned over a new law-abiding leaf, Tip.

Tiny confirmed that her happy hands got her husband reprimanded and tells TMZ that T.I. was immediately punished after they were caught and sent to a “special housing unit.”

Listen up, Music Fans: We’re finally getting our first listen to the highly-anticipated collaboration between embattled rap star T.I. and newly-single singer Christina Aguilera. The song — titled “Castle Walls” — was produced by Alex Da Kid, the music mastermind behind Rihanna & Eminem’s smash hit “Love The Way You Lie” and “Airplanes” from B.o.B. and Hayley Williams from Paramore.

“Castle Walls” is featured on T.I.’s forthcoming disc, No Mercy, set to hit music retailers and iTunes on Dec. 7. Of course, the self-dubbed “King of the South” won’t be available to kiss any babies or host an album release party. The rap star is still in the first few weeks of his 11-month stay in federal prison following a probation violation.

T.I. says his dependency on prescription substances began when he started taking Oxycontin and hydrocodone for pain management following a series of dental surgeries earlier his year.

“After the pain went away, I kept taking it. I had like five, six prescriptions. So, I had, like 80 pills. Everybody else might drink or smoke a blunt; I took a pain pill,” the 30-year-old hip-hopster confides in an interview win the December issue of VIBE Magazine.

In September, the star was arrested after police found ecstasy pills on him during a routine traffic stop in Los Angeles. While the case was eventually dropped, a judge found T.I. in violation of his probation on a 2008 weapons conviction and sentenced him to 11 months in jail.

T.I. says he’s now clean and sober. He’s about three weeks into his term now. Prior to going back to jail, the Atlanta-born rapper attended one-on-one and group therapy sessions to help kick his addiction to pills and codeine, which he was also drinking to get high.

“If you rationalize putting yourself in harm’s way, risking your well-being, your health, your freedom, your family’s well-being and livelihood in order to be high, that’s the rationale of an addict,” he said.

Tip’s wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, was arrested with T.I. and faces a misdemeanor drug charge for possession. While he would not say she had a problem with ecstasy, the “Motivation” rapper does confess that the married mom and former singer is a marijuana addict.

“I don’t know. She went with me to some meetings and counseling. She ain’t got no problems. Her thing is she smokes. Smoking weed is different than taking pain pills. You can smoke weed today and not smoke another blunt for another three months.”

While we’re on the subject of rhymers who can’t keep their asses out of the penal system, the oft-incarcerated T.I. says he’s “sick and tired” of prison.

In statement issued on his official website by Tip’s spokestypes on Thursday, the rappper described his current stint in an Arkansas prison as “truly a pain I have never felt before.” T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, is only in the first month of an 11-month sentence for violating his probation on a 2007 weapons charge -In September, T.I. and his wife — BET’s prized piglet Tameka “Tiny” Cottle — were arrested in Los Angeles for ecstasy possession just a few months after he was released from prison where he served a year and a day on those gun charges. He was sentenced to just under a year in Arkansas’ Forrest City Federal Facility.

The father of five acknowledges that he’s not sure what the future holds for him, but he’s eager to get his life back on track so he could escape the “hell” of prison…and its revolving door.

“I don’t know what effect this will have on my life moving forward but I’m certainly sick and [expletive] tired of going to jail, juve, prison, the pen, correctional facilities or whatever else you want to call it,” the lengthy statement read.

“At one time I thought my motivation for continuing was for my fans, my partna Philant, my pops, my grandmama, even for the haters or the people I let down. But nah… I got to do this [expletive] for me!!! I’ll be God damned if I’ve come all this way and made it through so much hell to let it go down like this!”

Another day, another legal drama for often-incarcerated rapper T.I. The King of the South has been sued by a sound technician who claims one of the entertainer’s employees held him hostage at an Atlanta recording studio for 12 hours earlier this year, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on Wednesday.

Oh Clifford, why do you keep subjecting yourself to this shit?

Norris Gresham, an employee of T.I.’s Echo Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, has filed suit against the hip-hop star claiming he was assaulted and held captive at the facility on Sept. 8 after T.I.’s associate Michael Render, also known as Mike Bigga and Killer Mike, lost a diamond-encrusted medallion. Tip, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was not present at the recording studio he owns on September 8 when the alleged incident occurred, but the victim claimed the rapper was knowledgeable of the situation via e-mails, text messages and videos that were sent to him as the attack took place.

When the necklace was discovered hidden in a ceiling, Carle then grew angry and produced a gun, threatening to kill Gresham. He was then pushed down the stairs by his attacker and lost two of his teeth in the fall.

Lawd have mercy.

“T.I. did nothing to stop or prevent the assault,” according to the suit.

Oft-incarcerated rapper T.I. will release his new album, No Mercy, will arrive on shelves on Dec. 7.

T.I.’s recent run in with the law sparked speculation that the already delayed King Uncaged disc would be postponed indefinitely. Instead, T.I. opted to change the name of his seventh project an publicly released the album art for the newly-released disc.

The self-appointed King of the South is currently serving a one-year sentence in an Arkansas jail for violating the terms of his probation on drug charges.

Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, former Xscape singer and wife of rapper T.I., has been charged with misdemeanor drug possession following the couple’s September arrest on charges of ecstasy possession, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said Friday.

Cottle, a 35-year-old mother of two, was arrested last month along with her rap star husband when officers found drugs in the couple’s luxury whip during a traffic stop in West Hollywood. Tiny is is accused of possessing ecstasy, according to the court filing.

Drug charges against T.I., were dropped last week, but he’s still been ordered to check into federal prison by Monday, Nov.1 to begin an 11-month jail term following his arrest and subsequent failed drug test, which a judge recently ruled violated the terms of his probation on a 2008 weapons conviction.

Tiny and T.I. — who have been together for nine years — wed in July, just a few months after the “Swagga Like Us” hitmaker completed a one-year prison term in Arkansas.

The rapper is headed back to prison after being sentenced to 11-months in the clink for violating the terms of his probation. He already lost his endorsement deal with Axe Body spray. Now he’s been dropped as Remy’s spokesman.

You know you’re in trouble when even alcohol brands don’t want to be affiliated with you. Even The Situation has a wine endorsement deal!

“Sometimes the ‘road to redemption’ is a difficult path. Regrettably, we will not be able to continue collaborating with T.I. at this time. We wish T.I. well and hope he will devote his time and energy to staying the course,” confirmed this week.

On Tuesday, federal authorities ordered the rapper — whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr. — to report directly to the federal prison in Forrest City, Arkansas by Nov. 1 to begin serving his time. The minimun-security Forrest City low-security prison is where he served a 10-month stint on federal weapons charges in 2009.

In the meantime, T.I. has decided to drop King Uncaged as the title of his forthcoming album. Instead, he’s the self-professed King of the South has decided to call the release No Mercy.

The project is currently delayed and awaiting a release date.

On Friday, Grammy Award-winning rapper T.I. was sentenced to 11 months in jail for violating the terms of his probation after he was arrested in September on suspicion of possessing ecstasy.

“I screwed up. I screwed up big time and I am sorry,” the 30-year-old father of five, told US District Judge Charles Pannell, who also ordered him to serve a year of supervised release. Friday’s hearing stemmed from a Sept. 1 collar in Los Angeles, during which the “Whatever You Like” hitmaker — whose real name is Clifford Harris — and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle where arrested when cops found drugs in the couple’s car.

Even by hip-hop standards, the self-professed “King of the South” has had a storied history with the long arm of the law. He has a host of drug arrests dating back to his teens, and in 2007, T.I. — a 13-time Grammy nominee — faced a possible 30 years in prison on federal gun charges. A judge eventually sentenced him to just one year in jail after he pleaded guilty and agreed to do 1,000 hours of community service, warning young people about the dangers of drugs and gangs.

Of course, T.I. won’t be changing back into an orange prison jumpsuit without adding one more good deed to his resume.

On Wednesday, T.I. helped persuade a 24-year-old Atlanta man not to jump from a 22-story building in Atlanta’s Peachtree District.
