General Motors has pulled out of it’s endorsement deal with T.I following the Atlanta rapper’s legal woes as he awaits sentencing on federal weapons charges.
“GM had to back up off of me,” T.I tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “There are films that I missed out on. Not speaking of, of course, shows. Tours. Tons of business. I’ve probably lost about $10 to $12 million dollars.”

T.I. is expected to plead guilty today to federal gun charges and will face prison time. The Associated Press reports the rapper is expected to be sentenced to 1,500 hours of community service and 12 months in prison.

T.I and Playboy Magazine have teamed up to launch a line of custom t-shirts. It’s all part of the skin mag’s “Rock The Rabbit” program in which music celebs places their own personal design around Playboy’s trademark “Rabbit Head.” T.I’s “Rock The Rabbit” t-shirt line will be available at Bloomingdale’s stores nationwide later this month, as well as www.rocktherabbit.com. All proceeds will benefit Rock the Vote.

T.I. and his on again, off again girlfriend “Tiny” Cottle are expecting another child together, his rep confirms.
The thirty-two year old former Xscape singer recently posted the news that the couple are expecting a baby boy on her Myspace page.

T.I. has been released from jail and placed on house arrest after a brief appearance in an Atlanta courtroom on Friday. T.I posted $3 million bond in the form of $2.2 million in cash and $1.5 million in equity in property that he owns.

T.I in Atlanta on Saturday afternoon. The ATF executed a search warrant at his home that included the ATF, U.S. Marshalls: Fugitive Task Force, Fulton County SWAT, Fulton County PD, Dekalb County PD, and the ATF/Atlanta PD Violent Crime Impact Team. T.I., remains in custody.
The U.S. Attorney’s office will not comment on the investigation

T.I. has snatched nine second annual BET Hip-Hop Awards nominations. The self-proclaimed “King of the South” garnered eight nominations, won three awards at the 2006 ceremony. Lil’ Wayne is second in total nominations this year, with seven. Kanye West drew six, Common earned five, Jay-Z grabbed four, and Ludacris and 50 Cent got three each. The Second Annual BET Hip-Hop Awards will air on the BET on October 17th.
