Trouble-prone hip-hopster T.I. is being hailed a hero after he helped save a suicidal man from tossing himself off a 22-store building in Downtown Atlanta Wednesday.
Well…saving a life is a pretty good way to keep yourself out of prison. After all, that’s gotta go far with the parole board.
T.I. has less than two weeks to get his story straight. On Oct. 15, the self-professed King of the South will go before a federal judge to plead to not have his probation revoked.
On Monday, District Judge Charles Pannell Jr. summoned Tip for a 2 PM hearing on allegations that he violated the terms of his probation when he was pulled over and arrested with wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle for possession of ecstasy in Los Angeles Sept. 1. The same judge sentenced the rapper to one year and one day behind bars for firearms violations in 2009. An earlier summons signed by Pannell lists three possible violations of his bond: possession of the drug ecstasy, testing positive for opiates, and associating with a convicted felon.

On Friday, cops in the City of Angels released mugshots for rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris and his wife of one month, former Xscape singer Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, following their arrest on drug possessions charges on Los Angeles’ Sunset Blvd. on Wednesday.
The honeymoon is over for rapper/actor T.I. and his wife — ex-R&B girl bander Tameka Cottle. The Atlanta couple were arrested in West Hollywood overnight on drug charges, according to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Pope.

Rapper T.I. and his longtime flame, BET reality star and singer Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, wed in a secret ceremony Friday, July 30, in Miami Beach. And they plan to repeat their vows in three more cities, T.I.’s rep told UsMagazine.com this week. Next they’ll head off to Las Vegas for a party with friends.
The couple have been dating since 2001 and have one son together, Major.
