The singer has been in deep trouble financially since she was forced to abandon her show on the Las Vegas strip due to a heart aliment in 2007. Though Toni is worth between $1 million and $10 million, she owes about $50 million to banks and other creditors: including DMVs in California and Nevada, Tiffany & Co., Orkin Pest Control, the IRS, Wells Fargo Bank, and DIRECTV.

This week, the Dancing With the Stars alum signed-up for a new family-themed reality show on The WE Network. Braxton Family Values will feature Braxton’s four sisters – Traci, Towanda, Trina, and Tamar – attempting to reform their disband girl group The Braxtons.

Braxton’s financial woes may be over after the Grammy-winning songbird signed a lucrative new deal to join her mother and sisters on a network docu-series.

Toni, 43, will debut in Braxton Family Values, premiering on The WE Network in April, the network said Monday. She’ll be joined by sisters Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar — of the former R&B girl group The Braxtons.

The new gig comes on the heels of a turbulent year for Toni. The “Unbreak My Heart” hitmaker — who is divorcing hubby Keri Lewis after more than 10 years of marriage — was hit with a $400,000 federal tax lien last March, prompting the star to file for bankruptcy for the second time in her career.

For the second time in her 18 year career, the “Unbreak My Heart” hitmaker is staring down the barrell of financial ruin after filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection in California this month.

Toni, 43, went bankrupt in 1998, but managed to regroup her finances after the success of her 2000 album The Heat. However, a life-threatening heart condition that brought her popular show on the Las Vegas strip to an abrupt end has also depleted the singer’s finances — with some insiders suggesting that Braxton may owe more than $50 million in debt.

According to TMZ.com, some of the creditors believed to be owed massive sums by Toni are:

– The Four Seasons Hotels
– Cedars-Sinai Medical Center
– Various medical bills
– DirecTV
– Neiman Marcus
– The William Morris Agency
– Tiffany & Co.
– Orkin Pest Control
– The Internal Revenue Service
– BMW Financial Services

Braxton also claims she may owe money to the City of L.A. Parking Violations Bureau — and the DMV in both California and Nevada.

The mother-of-two — who is in the early stages of divorce with Mint Condition crooner Keri Lewis — is also facing foreclosure on her Los Angeles home and is the subject of an IRS tax lien for nearly $400,000.

The video for Toni Braxton’s latest single, “Woman,” premiered this week. The offering is a cover of the 2007 Delta Goodrem song of the same name. It marks Braxton’s fourth single from her latest album, Pulse. The LP — which dropped in May — is Braxton’s first since 2005′s Libra.

In the new video for hit single “Hands Tied,” 42-year-old mom Toni Braxton shows off her svelte assets and proves she’s still got the moves to compete with some of the hottest chicks in the game.

“My left boobie kept falling out,” says Braxton. “It wanted to make a cameo!”

Braxton and Lewis, who separated last year, reportedly owe federal income taxes for 2007 and 2008. The tax debt is just the latest in a series of financial difficulties for Braxton, who has been cash-strapped since a heart aliment forced her to abandon her popular headlining gig on the Las Vegas strip two years ago. She is being sued by bank officials who claim she owes them more than $1 million for an unpaid loan. Toni is also rumored to have fallen behind in mortgage payments on her California home.

For instance, Toni says she kissed Trey Songz to “narrate” their duet “Yesterday” at the Soul Train Awards earlier this month — but denied whispers that she is dating the 25-year-old. Toni also confirmed that she has separated from her husband, Mint Condition star Keri Lewis, after eight years of marriage.
