Five-minute video footage of hip-hop icon Tupac being — er — “serviced” (Hint, Nudge, Wink…) by an unidentified woman has surfaced after 20 years.

The tape, which has been viewed by several media outlets, was shot in 1991 and shows the rapper with his pants down to his ankles receiving oral sex as he dances and raps during a house party. TMZ tattles claims to have gotten their Hot Little Hands on the recently-surfaced videotape, which begins with a gaggle of groupies in a living room.

Word on the Curb is the person in possession of the tape plans to release it for public consumption sometime in the coming weeks.

A New York man serving a life sentence for murder has confessed to the 1994 shooting of late rapper Tupac Shakur; the same shooting that sparked ‘Pac’s feud with East Coast rival Notorious B.I.G.

Dexter Isaac tells AllHipHop.com that Brooklyn thug-turned-hip-hop manager James “Jimmy Henchmen” Rosemond hired him to carry out the robbery and subsequent shooting in front of The Quad recording studio in Manhattan 17 years ago. Isaac alleges Rosemond, who also manages Mike Tyson and Sean Kingston, paid him $2,500 for the attack “plus all the jewelry” from the robbery with the exception of a diamond ring that Rosemond wanted to give to his girlfriend.

Rosemond — who has a storied history with the law that dates back to the mid-’80s — turned himself into authorities last month after a federal arrest warrant was issued for his alleged involvement in a cocaine distribution ring. He’s always vehemently denied any involvement in the Tupac Shooting and has alleged that Isaac is a police informant. Isaac, on the other hand, says it was the accusation of cooperating that drove him to come clean on the Tupac shooting.

“How dare you call me an informant! I have stayed silent in prison for the past 13 years, doing a life sentence like a real soldier should, when you and everybody have turned your backs on me,” Isaac said in a written statement. “I want to apologize to (Shakur’s) family and for the mistake I did for that sucker,” he added. “I am trying to clean it up to give [Tupac and Biggie's] mothers some closure.”

Tupac sustained five gunshot wounds in the incident but later made a full recovery. He was killed in a drive-by shooting on the Las Vegas strip in Sept. 1996. His murder remains unsolved.

Tupac would have turned 40 on Thursday.

A group of Internet hackers, livid over a PBS documentary about the WikiLeaks Scandal, hit back at the public broadcaster by posting a fake story on its website claiming rapper Tupac Shakur was “alive and well” and living in New Zealand.

The faux story appeared on PBS’ NewsHour site over the weekend and claimed that the famous rapper, who was shot and killed in Las Vegas in 1996, had actually been found living in a small New Zealand town, along with friend-turned-bitter adversary The Notorious B.I.G.; he was murdered in 1997.

The hackers wrote: “Prominent rapper Tupac has been found alive and well in a small resort in New Zealand, locals report The small town – unnamed due to security risks – allegedly housed Tupac and Biggie Smalls (another rapper) for several years. One local, David File, recently passed away, leaving evidence and reports of Tupac’s visit in a diary, which he requested be shipped to his family in the United States.”

PBS pulled the story, but not before is was archived by Google News and spread quickly through Facebook, Twitter, and smaller blogging sites.

“Again, our site has been hacked — please stay with us as we work on it,” read one of the NewsHour’s several Tweets regarding the incident.

Hacking group LulzSec has already claimed responsibility for the sting in retaliation for a PBS report critical of WikiLeaks and suspected leaker Bradley Manning aired May 24. The hackers also posted a list of email usernames and passwords for PBS staff.

“We just finished watching WikiSecrets and were less than impressed. We decided to sail our Lulz Boat over to the PBS servers for further… perusing. Anyway, say hello to the insides of the PBS servers, folks.”

Tupac Shakur’s 1995 track “Dear Mama” has been inducted into the Library of Congress’s National Recording Registry, along with works by 25 other artists.

According to the terms of the National Recording Preservation Act, the content considered for preservation must be 10 years old and have cultural, historical, and aesthetic significance. Nominations were gathered by public submissions made online and from National Recording Preservation Board members.

The song was released a year before Shakur was shot dead in Las Vegas. The Library praises the single as a “moving and eloquent homage to both his own mother and all mothers struggling to maintain a family in the face of addiction, poverty and societal indifference.”

Other 2010 inductees include, Willie Nelson, REM, and the 1959 original cast album of Gypsy. There are now 300 recordings in the National Recording Registry.

Wax figures of slain rap legends Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. will be posed together for three months in an exhibit opening this week at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Washington DC.

“Tupac and Biggie are widely recognized as two of the greatest hip-hop artists and rappers of all time. Their influence on and absence from the hip-hop community can still be felt today — more than a decade after their tragic deaths. At Madame Tussauds Washington D.C., their figures will be displayed together for the first time in the attraction’s Glamour Room,” Madame Tussauds representatives said in a presser issued Tuesday.

The Tupac figure was borrowed Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, while the Biggie waxwork is on loan from Madame Tussauds New York.

The figures will go on display in the Nation’s Cap. on Wednesday, which would have been Shakur’s 39th birthday.

In C’mon Son! News: Afeni Shakur, the 63-year-old mother of hip-hop legend Tupac, was arrested for marijuana possession in North Carolina earlier this month.

According to The Fayetteville Observer, the former Black Panther was charged with felony possession of marijuana, simple possession of a controlled substance, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and she was pulled over by cops.

Oh my damn….

Since her son was fatally shot in Las Vegas nearly 14 years ago, Afeni has devoted her life to upholding his legacy. She founded the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation in 1997, which provides arts and education programs for young people and mounts an annual performing-arts summer camp for youth from troubled homes.

She’s been released on $10,000 bail, and must appear in court on May 10 to resolve the matter.

On Wednesday, TMZ.com posted three images of a man with an uncanny resemblance to Tupac partying in a New Orleans bar 12 years after the rap legend was killed by four bullets in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas.

The winning bidder will receive the car and its original papers with the rap legend’s name and signature on them.
