Tyrese Gibson and his wife Norma Mitchell have officially ended their 10-month marriage.

The 30-year-old actor, who played Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Robert Epps in Transformers, filed for divorce in January, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to court papers, the former couple have agreed to share custody of their 2-year-old daughter Shayla. A judge approved the terms on Thursday.

With 70 tattoos criss-crossing all over his skin, Tyrese Gibson considers himself a body art aficionado — and the newly-single star wants the same thing in his women.

“I love seeing my name on a woman’s butt,” the Transformers actor says in the new issue of Inked magazine. “Ladies, if you want to impress me when you meet me, I need to see my name on your right cheek.”

He adds: “Girls have had tattoos of my face. One girl went and got her ass tattooed on her right arm . . . It’s important to keep things tasteful.”

The iron-clad prenuptial agreement between actor/singer Tyrese Gibson and his estranged wife Norma Gibson has been unearthed and it looks like “Black Ty’s” wifey will be walking away from the turbbulent relationship with absolutely nothing.

“According to the docs, Norma doesn’t get a piece of any of Tyrese’s possessions — not his production company, not his cars, not his house … nothing,” TMZ reported on Thursday.

According to the terms of the prenup, Norma would get a lump sum of $50,000 for every year the couple– maxed out at 10 years, but the pair was married for just 10 months.
