The second season of The T.O. Show and the series premiere of Chad Ochocinco’s new dating reality series Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch won’t hit VH1 till July, but a promo featuring both sports figures promoting their projects hit the blogosphere on Tuesday!

Both shows premiere Sunday, July 11 @ 9:00 PM ET/PT and 10:00 PM ET/PT, respectively.

Carmelo Anthony LaLa Vasquez VH1 Wedding Reality Show Premieres Sept. 13

Here comes the bride — and VH1 cameras will be on hand to catch every detail! The Celebreality Network behnd Brandy & Ray J and What Chilli Wants has inked Denver Nuggets starring forward Carmelo Anthony and his longtime fiancee, former MTV veejay LaLa Vasquez, to a new docu-series about their forthcoming July 2010 wedding and all of the planning that will go into getting ready for the big day.

The still-untitled five-part, half-hour series will premiere on Monday, September 13 before wrapping up with a 90-minute wedding finale airing in October.

“Diary Of A Hip-Hop Girlfriend” Headed For VH1

Move over Tiny & Toya, VH1 is continuing its campaign to shine the spotlight on the women behind music’s most famous men with the upcoming premiere of a new docu-soap Diary of a Hip-Hop Girlfriend.

Diary of a Hip-Hop Girlfriend — executive produced by Mona Scott, owner of Monamie Entertainment and former president of Violator Management — will follow four women who are in relationships with big-name rap artists as they navigate through life living in the shadows of their famous partners.

The names of the women who will star in the series have not yet been released.

“Fantasia For Real” Renewed For Second Season On VH1

On Monday, VH1 renewed former American Idol Fantasia Barrino’s hit reality TV show, Fantasia For Real, for a second season on The Celebreality Network.

The announcement comes as VH1 plans to roll out the red carpet for an unprecedented debut of 44 new original series next season.

Shaq Threatens Legal Action Over VH1 “Basketball Wives”

A lawyer for Shaquille O’Neal has slapped VH1 with a cease and desist order demanding the network halt production on “any further episodes of Basketball Wives which make any reference to Mr. O’Neal.”

This new series showcases the inside lives of the ladies who are with/have been with some of the biggest hoopsters in the game. Shaq, however, is not amused.

Somebody sounds salty.

VH1 is gearing up for the season premiere of Basketball Wives, executive produced by the former jilted of NBA star Shaunie O’Neal.

VH1, the celebreality network behind stankalicious hits like Flavor of Love and For The Love of Ray J, is rolling out the red carpet for the eight-episode, 30-minute original series offering a behind-the-scenes look at the “glamorous but troubled” life of a seasoned golddigger professional basketball player’s wife.

The former First Lady of G-Unit is reportedly revamping her stalled career with a new reality show on VH1.

50 Cent’s former protege has largely fallen out of spotlight since she was dropped from the mogul’s G-Unit Records in 2007, but she is attempting to kick-start her career with a new record deal with Universal and an upcoming docusoap.

“I got a lot of big things in the works and I haven’t touched on my VH1 show. I can’t talk too much about that, but the girl will be on fire this summer. I’m about to be shutting a lot of people down, I’m excited. I just gave you the best insight, I told you it was on VH1. I can’t tell you (more than) that…”
