Fox, 47, has broken up with 28-year-old Atlanta club promoter Omar “Slim” White, her fiance of 10 months. The pair dated for about a year before getting engaged.

“She’s a good woman,” White told TooFab of his former fiancee. “It’s just one of those situations where in life people outgrow each other. I’m highly intelligent, very wise and one thing I hate is negativity and drama. I hate arguing, and I value communication no matter what the problem may be. So, as in any relationship, tension can build up and I finally had to walk away.”

This isn’t the first time Omar and Vivica have run into strife. Last year, the ATLien dumped Vivica in a press release! They later reconciled.

“I’m fine!” Tweeted about the split on Thursday. “At work and being very productive! God has got me! As always!”

The Soul Food actress was previously married to singer Christopher Harvest. They divorced in 2002 after four years of marriage.

Aunt Viv’s got a new gig. Recently-engaged cougar Vivica A. Fox will co-host a new series on The Style Network alongside former Bachelorette star Ali Fedowtowsky, ex-America’s Next Top Model champ Adrianne Curry, and pop culture pundit Nick Verreos, the network announced on Tuesday.

The still-untitled half-hour show — currently in development — will tackle “anything and everything that’s of interest to Style viewers,” the network said this week. “From exciting in-studio guests, to product demos, makeover segments, field segments and a studio audience, this new daily show will be just as Style-ish as it is informative and fun.”

The show is expected to premiere this fall.

Actress Vivica Fox, 46, has snatched Demi Moore’s tiara as Hollywood’s Most Celebrated Cougar after accepting a holiday marriage proposal from the strapping fetus she’s been dating.

The Set It Off actress, 46, has announced her engagement to much-younger fiance Omar “Slimm” White — an Atlanta club promoter — after just one year of dating.

Some of you may remember Slimm as the same fella who DUMPED Vivica in a press release last summer!

Did we mention that at 27 Slimm’s nearly 20 years Viv’s junior? Hey, if it works for Hugh Hefner.

We hear Slimm popped the question with an 8-karat stunner as the couple spent the holidays at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach. Fox and White spent New Year’s Eve with Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union and Sanaa Lathan at a bash hosted by Miami Heat hoopster Chris Bosh.

“My career has been my baby for such a long time and I’ve done well by that,” Fox told talk show gossip Wendy Williams in December. “I waited for God to send me a good man, and he’s a good Southern man.”

This will be Viv’s second marriage. She was wed to singer Christopher “6’9″ Harvest between 1998 and 2002. That union ended in divorce.

You’ve heard of dumping by text message. Some people even like to do their dirty work via voicemail. But Kill Bill star Vivica A. Fox was dumped in a truly humiliating way last week — by press release.

The actress’s club promoter boyfriend Slimm released a notice announcing that they were “no longer dating,” to numerous media outlets, without telling her.

The actress — 46 — has been dating Slimm, a co-founder of Atlanta, Georgia-based Plush Blue Entertainment, since January, but the romance has frizzled in recent months, prompting the lanky ATLien to publicly declare that he and Vivica were no longer a couple in an email to the press.

“Hey this is Slimm, unfortunately me (sic) and Vivica are no longer dating. After eight months, it’s time to go our separate ways,” he wrote in a statement released last Wednesday. “In life you can love and have chemistry with a person, but flaws can sometimes outweigh the relationship. Hey this is Slimm,unfortunately me (sic) and Vivica are no longer dating. I wish her the best and I know she feels the same. Thanks.”

Slimm — who at 26 is 20 years Vi’s junior — appeared to have had a change of heart just a day later. and followed up on his earlier statement with another media release, in which he apologized for “overreacting instead of letting time take its course.”

“I want to clear the air about the rushed statement released yesterday about Vivica and I breaking up. Sometimes a person may act out of anger. Vivica is an important part of my life and I would never try to hurt her. Thanks for supporting us as we figure things out.”

Fox has brushed off the controversy, insisting it was just one of the “ups and downs” of their relationship.

In her own email to The New York Daily News, Vivica wrote: “Slimm and I r(sic) fine! All relationships have their ups and their downs. I’m soo (sic) proud that Slimm was man enough to clear up the air. He is a very good man with a great heart!”

OK, not really. But there doesn’t appear to be any love lost between aging beauty Vivica A. Fox and R&B darling Monica.

The powers-that-be at BET might want to think twice before asking Fox to critique BET Awards red carpet fashions — that is if they want to stay in the good graces of the “For You I Will” songbird. Apparently Viv wasn’t very flattering when it came to her assessment of Monica’s avant garde gown, and MoMo wasn’t pleased. On Monday, Monica hit her Twitter page with a personal attack on Vivica’s age and fashion sense.
