Have Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith called it quits?

According to a story published by In Touch Weekly on Tuesday, the Hollywood couple has decided to split after 13 years of marriage. Tipsters say the bust-up came after Jada began cheating with Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez’s soon-to-be ex-husband and Pinkett-Smith’s Hawthorne co-star and love interest.

“Everything about the Marc Anthony story is completely false, but we are not commenting on whether they are separating or not,” Jada’s publicist Karnne Tencer tells Entertainment Tonight.

Perhaps not surprisingly,the reps aren’t talking. But the family is: Trey Smith, Will’s 18-year-old son from his early ’90s marriage to Sheree Zampino hit his Twitter account to debunk the divorce reports.

“Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split ! False information ..its not true RETWEET!!!” he wrote.

Will, 42, and Jada, 39, tied the knot in 1997. They have two children together – child actor Jaden, 13, and budding songstress Willow, 10.

For those not in-the-know, Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith, hip-hop impressario Jay-Z, and Will’s Overbrook Productions have reached an agreement to feature Will and Jada’s stylista daughter, “Whip My Hair” singer Willow Smith, in movie musical remake of Carol Burnett’s 1981 box office hit Annie. (Epic Fail, mind you…)

But not everyone is ecstatic over the recent Hollywood exposure of Jada and Will’s spawns, including son Jaden, who starred in a remake of The Karate Kid just last summer. Bestselling author Terry McMillan has incited the wrath of Smith fanatics on Twitter after posting a series of disparaging remarks about the showbusiness fam on her feed this week.

But are Will and Jada pushing their kids too the brink of destruction?

They haven’t even hit their teenage years yet, but pint-sized stars Willow and Jaden Smith already strike poses on the red carpet like a couple of seasoned showbiz professionals.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith’s two kids have been close to the spotlight for years, but in the last few months they’ve both suddenly shot to stardom with Jaden, 12, appearing alongside martial artist Jackie Chan and Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson in The Karate Kid and 10-year-old Willow releasing her first single — the infectious “Whip My Hair.”

But some friends of the couple say it’s all too much, too soon.

“Will and Jada expect only the best from their children, there is very little room for failure. They’re a very competitive, high-performing family,” a well-placed Smith source told Britain’s Daily Mail Thursday. “It’s almost like the kids have never known what it’s really like to be a child. They were launched straight into the limelight. A lot of their friends think it is way too much too soon.”

Earlier this week, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett’s fashionista daughter, Willow, stepped out at the red carpet premiere of brother Jaden’s new movie, The Karate Kid, looking like a cross between Rihanna, Janelle Monae, and Prince.

Now we’re hearing that the youngest member of this multi-talented family is following in her Grammy-winning dad’s footsteps: She’s ready to launch a music career.

Jada — who’s busy these days working on the TNT drama, Hawthrone, recently sat down with Ambassador Magazine, where she reveals that she’s helping Willow pursue her music career: “I had always been too afraid to venture into music, but I decided when I was about 30 to just go for it. I started a metal band called Wicked Wisdom. I toured and I loved it. But soon after, my kids’ careers started taking off, so I sacrificed it. I am pleased to say my daughter, Willow, will be putting out an album soon and I look forward to enjoying music through her creations. I am excited about that, and she’s pretty awesome. She will be better at it then I ever could be anyway!”

Bill Cosby and Sidney Poitier starred in the original 1974 comedy, which centers on two friends who lose a winning lottery ticket on a night out and set out to recover it. Will’s production company, Overlook Entertainment, picked up the remake rights to Saturday Night in 2002. The former Fresh Prince star considered teaming up with Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence before settling on double Oscar winner Denzel. Poitier directed the first Saturday Night, which featured Harry Belafonte and Richard Pryor in supporting roles.

On Wednesday, a very bald Will Smith and his 11-year-old son Jaden appeared at a studio in Beijing, China to begin filming the new movie The Kung Fu Kid.

Alfonso Ribeiro, best known for his role as Cousin Carlton on NBC’s hit ’90s comedy The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, made a guest appearance SUNY at Oneonta earlier this year, where he explained what really went down with the firing of the first Aunt Viv, Janet Hubert.

As some of you may know, Hubert is self-publishing a tell-all book, entitled Perfection Is Not A Sitcom Mom, in which she slams Oscar-nominated actor Will Smith as an egotistical jerk who is responsible for her failed career in showbusiness.

Will Smith is widely considered one of the nicest guys in Hollywood — unless of course you’re talking to Janet Hubert, the actress who played the Original Aunt Viv on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air for four seasons before being fired and recast in 1993.

Janet’s releasing a tell-all book, entitled Perfection Is Not A Sitcom Mom, the work set for released next year, and in it she says that Will is not the nice considerate guy he makes himself out to be. In fact, Janet says The Fresh Prince was a bit of a a diva. For example, if a guest star was too good and ran the risk of stealing the spotlight from Will, he made sure their asses were ousted. Secondly, no one but Mr. Jada Pinkett Smith was allowed to go on The Tonight Show for the first season, Hubert claims.

Janet openly admits that she blames Will for ruining her once burgeoning acting career.

In one excerpt from the book, given to Black Voice’s BV Buzz column, Janet writes: “Smith had people around him who made sure no one outshone him. I was happy to see Don Cheadle become the quality actor that he is, and often wondered how he made it past one episode, as Hilary’s boyfriend, being such a fierce actor. No one could be on ‘The Tonight Show,’ that first season, except Will. And I mean no one.”

Janet writes: “I recall the lovely and incredibly talented Countess Vaughn coming to guest star. Oh my God! The day of table read, she was pee-in-your-pants funny. The writers were howling, we were howling, so I knew she was history – banished into the cornfield. Many years later, after she had her own show, I had to tell her when she asked me why. ‘Miss Janet why did I get cut from the episode,’ she asked? Simply, my darling, you were too good…”

She recalls her Fresh Prince firing like so: First, producers offered her just 10 episodes, when the standard was 22-26. It would have meant a pay cut of over $100,000 a year, and Janet had a three and a half month old son, a new house, an unemployed husband, and a new business — she need a full contract. When she refuses to accept a cut in pay, she was fired.

The excerpt continues:

“‘That’s not all,’ Michael [her agent] said. ‘They don’t want you to work on any other shows. You can only do two guest starring roles.’ What? Who? I stammered. I couldn’t breathe. What do we do, Michael? What do we do? ‘We pass,’ Michael said. ‘This is a dirty deal, and they know it.’ OK, I trust you, I said. Michael had been my agent for more than 20 years. ‘OK sweetie, I will call you back,’ he said.”

…”My mind was going in a million places. OK, I thought, they will come back; this is how they do it. They always come back. I started into the kitchen where Rayna – my friend, housekeeper and nanny was. She was doing dishes as baby E was enjoying a swing. I knelt down, kissed his head, and waited for the next round of negotiations. They never came. The next time Michael called he said, ‘They are going to recast your role.’ There was a beautiful stained glass window that I designed in the bedroom, and the windows were open, so my neighbors probably heard me scream. And that beautiful window probably has many cracks in it. Time of Death: approximately 3 pm. The real Vivian Banks was murdered…”

It’s TMI Time with Jada Pinkett Smith! The actress, who is married to Oscar-nominated actor Will Smith, says having sex at a friend’s house helps keeps relationships alive.

Jada Pinkett Smith is currently promoting the series premiere of her TNT medical drama, Hawthorne.

Jada also suggests couples can revive their love lives by getting intimate in their cars, workplaces, and friend’s living quarters.

“Be sneaky – your girlfriend’s house at a party. The bathroom. A bedroom,” Jada reveals in the July issue of RedBook Magazine. “Think of places outside that are comfortable to have sex.”

“Does he have access to his office? Have a fantasy date. Be his secretary! Pull over on the side of the road… Just switch it up,” the 37-year-old star explained. “Anything like that can keep it going. Anything it takes to keep the flame alive.”

She adds, “The key to true beauty is lots of water, great sex with Will Smith and happiness….The key for me is I’m vocal about getting my happiness. Sometimes if you just say what you need then someone will give it to you.”
