Chris Brown turned on the waterworks during a nearly 7-minute tribute performance to the iconic King of Pop, Michael Jackson, during Sunday night’s 2010 BET Awards live from Los Angeles.

I can’t be the only person who finds the fact that a convicted woman beater was asked to perform in honor of the late great Michael Jackson more than inappropriate. Guess I just have too much common sense to separate someone being a piece of garbage from their supposed musical prowess. This kid sure has everyone fooled. However, Black folks are more forgiving of tomfoolery than any other race on the Planet. What an embarrassing reflection on our people.
