A photographer has sued R&B singer Chris Brown, claiming Brown’s bodyguards beat him as he tried to take pictures at a Los Angeles gym.

Celebrity shutterbug Robert Rosen filed suit against Brown and LA Fitness International, on Wednesday, claiming he was assaulted by a bodyguard of the singer’s after snapping pictures in a gym in Universal City on May 13. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for multiple claims, including assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
