Heavily-pregnant newlywed Christina Milian is facing a lawsuit from an 81-year-old neighbour, who alleges the singer’s dog brutally attacked him two years ago.

Leo Skolion filed legal papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month, claiming the “Dip It Low” is responsible for negligence and causing the attack which left him with “severe personal injuries”.

In the documents, Skolion explains he approached Milian to discuss her home’s “flooding problems” and was attacked by a dog that jumped over Christian’s fence.

He claims the vicious pooch took “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm — leaving him in need of 19 stitches — and a bout with depression that could only be treated with the help of a psychiatrist.

Skolion is suing Christina, her mother Carmen, as well as her sister Danielle, for an undisclosed amount.

Christina is expecting her first daughter with producer hubby The-Dream later this year.
