Christina Milian’s longtime music video director Ray Kay has confirmed that the star is engaged to marry R&B singer/producer The-Dream.

Christina — who previously dated Mariah Carey’s husband, Nick Cannon, who has been romantically linked to the “Umbrella” songwriter since February — sparked rumors that she was heading down the aisle with The-Dream after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.

Last week, Kay let the news slip after joining the couple’s friends and family at the Palms Resort and Casino for an engagement party on Friday.

“I’m at Christina Milian and Dream’s engagement party in Vegas,” Kay Tweeted for the event.

This will be the second marriage for The-Dream. The producer’s marriage to singer Nivea — with whom he has three young children — ended in late 2007.
