Did Ciara pull a “Kelly Rowland” and get a breast augmentation? “Yep,” cosmetic surgeons say. Plastic surgeon Babak Dadvand doesn’t buy the twenty-two year old’s claim that a recent boost in bust is attributable to weight gain.
“It looks like she’s had implant,” the doc tells In Touch Weekly. “The projection of her breast is enhanced, which you don’t see with just a push-up bra. And her breast width is wider, another sign.”
