DA BRAT is facing legal action over her alleged involvement in a violent altercation at JERMAINE DUPRI’s Georgia nightclub earlier this month.

She is accused of attacking fledging actress Shala Stevens, who was working as a waitress at club Studio 72, with a bottle of rum after a November 1st party. Shala is preparing to sue Da Brat and has hired the services of the prominent Florida-based law firm Gary, Williams, Finney, Lewis, Watson and Sperando P.L to represent her. Lawyers for the Atlanta Falcons cheerleader tell AllHipHop.com: “Our client was physically attacked by Da Brat and has suffered significant head injuries, permanent disfigurement as well as mental distress. “Ms. Stevens is a cheerleader, choreographer, dancer, actress and entrepreneur, whose career has been greatly affected by this incident.”
