Da Brat Prison Sentence: Da Brat 3 Years In Jail (Waitress Assault)
Da Brat has been sentenced to three years in prison for hitting a waitress over the head with a rum bottle during a Halloween party at Studio 72 Nightclub in Atlanta last October.
The 34-year-old rapper, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, will also serve seven years probation and 200 hours of community service for the incident.
