Def Jam Denies Nas ‘Nigga’ Album

Nas is clashing with Def Jam over his plans to drop his controversially-titled new album NIGGA in December. The label claims it does not have any of the rapper’s new material scheduled for release this year. Nas announced his intentions to test race issues with the new album during a Friday night show at New York’s Roseland Ballroom.

A source close to label CEO Antonio ‘L.A.’ Reid tells FoxNews.com: “There is no album release by Nas on the release schedule at this point. “And they would be unlikely to release an album with that title. How would that look at Wal-Mart?”

That was a kickass article. What do I do now?

Nas isn’t that great anyway. He is also a flat-out racist for using such a derogatory album title. He is a disgrace to his heritage and background, and should be considered a racist by all true hip-hop fans.

disgrace to his heritage? who’s the ignorant bastard that said that? nasir is trying to take the power out of the word so people won’t be separated by clasism and racism. he’s trying to unite the people and its people who don’t realize what he’s doing is why the people are fighting each other instead of facing the real problems that are causing us to turn on each other. people need to decide what side they’re on…THE PEOPLE? OR THEM?

nasir is always going to have haters trying to discredit him. all people do is judge his music by the album cover. just like Hip Hop is Dead. i saw several reviews disrespecting nas for the title. trying to stand defiant against him saying hip is not dead…if they had actually listened to the album his is expressing how corporate capitalist america destroyed hip hop ON THE RADIO AND TELEVISION! hip hop WILL NEVER DIE! listen to the words you mindless drones!
