StarMaker, the new reality show from Sean “Diddy” Combs, will premiere this January.

The competition will shadow a group of aspiring singers competing in a series of challenges, like photo shoots and on-stage performances to test their starpower.

“It’s a privilege to partner with Mark Burnett on my latest television venture. He is one of the industry’s best,” Diddy said in a statement Tuesday. “I am confident that we will do great things together with ‘StarMaker’ and beyond.”
