DMX has been arrested by the FBI in Miami after he failed to make a court date in Arizona.

The rapper, who has been arrested more than four times in different jurisdictions this year, had been due in court to face charges of drug possession, identity theft, and animal cruelty last Friday, but an arrest warrant was issued after he failed to show.

The FBI were tipped off about his location and arrested him at the South Beach home of producer Scott Storch.
