Don Imus To Sue CBS For $40 Million

Celebrity snitches are dishing that the founder of the phrase “nappy-headed hoes” has hired Martin Garbus, a high profile First Amendment attorney, to fight his ousting from CBS last month.

Don Imus claims there was a clause in his contract which stated he would receive a warning before being fired, and the gray-headed ho whines that CBS encouraged his….”sense of humor.” Imus is asking for $40 Million.

D.I’s legal team maintains that the language in his contract encouraged the former “shock jock” to engage in character attacks.

Snooping sources dish that Don Imus had a five-year contract which guaranteed him close to $10 million a year. The contract reportedly states that Imus would be given a warning before being fired following any controversy.
