After the infamous beating that left her bruised and bloodied in Feb. 2009, Rihanna was spotted clubbing with Drake four months. That romance was shortlived, but Word on the Curb has it that the two men could create something much longer lasting if they forge ahead with plans to hit the studio together.

“Yeah, I’ve been working all night,” Drake said in an interview with Extra this week. “I’ve just been in the studio. I was actually in the studio with Chris Brown for a little bit. Then I was studio hopping, seeing where I can lend my hand since I’ve done mine.”

Just last week, Rihanna expressed an interest in working with her scorned former flame, who she praised for being immensely talented.
