The folks over at famed New York City eatery Junior’s are calling the Ill Nana a cheapskate-and her frugal ways have earned her a band from the restaurant. Damn, can this chick go anywhere without there being D-R-A-M-A?

“She comes to Junior’s be cause she likes the food, but she doesn’t want to pay for it!” owner Alan Rosen told The Post yesterday. On Friday night she walked out on a $53 bill before one of her entourage came back and offered to pay, but managers said, “Look, don’t pay for it, just don’t come back.”

This was after allegedly trying to skip out on a $200 dollar bill Tuesday, and another bill the week before. But Rosen said he and his managers have decided to ban her for two reasons:

“One, she tries to skip out on checks and, two, she’s not polite.” Manager Hasting Strainrod said that when Brown sat to eat Friday with a party of five, she was instantly belligerent.

“First of all, none of the waiters want to serve her because she’s known for cursing out people, so the [night] manager took her order,” said Stainrod, the daytime boss, who said Foxy’s fave is the strawberry cheesecake.

After ordering fried calamari and an ice cream soda, Brown spilled the drink on herself, then allegedly demanded the restaurant pay to clean her “$2,000 Dolce & Gabbana jacket.”

“She said ’Get this guy to clean it up, clean it up immediately!’ ” said Stainrod. “The manager told her to take it easy, relax, she started to curse him out, she said ’F- you.’”

“I don’t know, I think she needs therapy,” said Stainrod. “She’s been coming in for years, and it’s always a little drama.”
