Foxy Brown Charged With Felony Assault, Attacks Neighbor With Blackberry
New Koch signee Foxy Brown was charged with smacking her longtime neighbor with her Blackberry cell phone in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn in July. The twenty-seven year old turned herself in to detectives at the 77 Precinct at around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. She was charged with felony assault and will be arraigned later today.
