According to New York Daily News, the wife of attorney Allan Stutman was threatened by a “mystery man” in the lobby of their Brooklyn apartment building on Friday night.

Stutman’s wife told police that the man asked her “How can a beautiful woman like you be beaten up?”

Stutman, who was defending Foxy on felony assult charges, asked to be released from the case.
