A Brooklyn-bred prostitute charged with attacking Foxy Brown was released from Rikers Island on Thursday after the rapper refused to testify before the Grand Jury.

It all stems from Fox’s ex- boyfriend, Timothy Collier, 33, a small-time pimp from the Louis H. Pink Houses in East New York. who allegedly ordered a beating on Brown after she dumped him Saturday morning.
