Actress Gabrielle Union is reportedly in litigation with Bossip.com. The actress has filed suit against the site over a letter they printed from an unidentified woman claiming the Deliver Us From Eva star is a homewrecker who has jumped oon the pongo stick of numerous athletes. In a new interview with Sister 2 Sister editor Jamie Foster Brown, Gabrielle explains why she’s got to go after incredible bloggers:

“Unfortunately, blogs don’t fact check. Alot of them don’t have the man power…or when they know they made a mistake and print something that’s not true, they don’t say ‘You know I made a mistake, I’m sorry.’ That’s all I ask,” Gabby told Jamie. “Look you made a mistake, I’m telling you this is all false. Can you print a retraction and an apology” and they refused. I’m not little Ms. Sue Happy. I’m a black actress. I can’t afford this. And I may go broke trying to prove what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong.”
