Everyone’s seen someone with a yuck mouth, but this shit is just nasty. Blame his parents. This is what happens when parentals are too cheap to spring for Colgate and subjects everyone to scrubbing their teeth with Pepsodent instead.

At this point every dude on this show, with the exception of Whiteboy, is a hot ass mess. Remember Pootie whose claim to fame was attempting suicide by tossing himself down a flight of stairs?

The caption under Real’s picture reads:

He had been to many other dentists but never felt comfortable that they could really make his own teeth to look acceptable. One dentist had even suggested removing all his teeth and getting dentures!

During the first session of treatment I removed the excessive gum and bone around the teeth and extracted the over retained deciduous (baby) canines(eye teeth).
