A New York City judge dismissed weapons charges against “Make Me Better” rapper Fabolous on Thursday.

Fabolous was among the owners of two loaded handguns found in a car that was searched shortly after a late October 2006 shooting at Manhattan’s Diddy-owned restaurant Justin’s.
