Jadakiss was indicted and pleaded Not Guilty on Possession of Marijuana and gun charges in New York’s Westchester County connection with an October 2006 arrest in his native Yonkers, New York.

“I have yet to see or hear of any evidence connecting my client to possessing this weapon,” said the rapper’s lawyer, Clement Patti. He says Kiss was in the back seat and didn’t know there was a gun in the front console.

The maximum sentence he would face is 16 months to seven years in prison.
