Janet Jackson will hit the road on her first tour in seven years this September. The R&B/pop singer announced the launch of her Rock Witchu Tour on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday.

“I can’t wait,” Janet told the talk show host.

The North American tour will open September 7th in Vancouver, British Columbia, a spokesman for toru promoter Live Nation said in a statement on Monday.

A full itinerary tour will be announced in the near future.

Janet’s latest release, Discipline, debuted atop Billboard 200 chart in March.
