Jay-Z and his partners announced the sale of the 40/40 Club in Las Vegas on Wednesday. The sports bar and lounge located in The Palazzo and Casino just opened last New Year’s.

Good move on selling 40/40 – Vegas is crumbling – hotels are empty everywhere on the strip! Casinos are giving away rooms at dirtcheap rates, and the high end gamblers are flying overseas to gamble, shop and vacation. Again, excellent financial move.
