‘JAY-Z’ CARTER has banned his new album, ‘American Gangster,’ from the download site iTunes -because it is a “work of art.” Jay says he wants fans to enjoy the LP in its entirety-as opposed to just individual tracks from the release.

“As movies are not sold scene by scene, this collection will not be sold as individual singles.”
