Jay-Z and his business partners are teaming up to launch a chain of five star hotels, dubbed J Hotels.

The Manhattan spot the firm purchased for $66 million last month will by the flagship location, although the chain plans to eventually extend across the country.

Real Estate agent Ronald Solarz says:

“West 22nd Street, between 10th and 11th Avenue, is arguably the heart and soul of the West Chelsea High Line district and is a perfect location for an upscale life style-oriented five star hotel.”
