Either 50 Cent is delusional or he’s allowing hate to cloud his ability to reason. Despite having his first international chart-topper more than a decade ago, 50 believes Jay-Z only became famous when he married R&B superstar Beyonce five months ago.

“I’m a big fan of Jay-Z,” 50 told MTV.com on Friday, “but outside of the States and hip-hop circles, no one really knew who he was until he married.”

50 Cent also argued with reports which claim that Jay is nearly a billionaire:

“I don’t believe he’s worth that much! It’s all been exaggerated. I’m comfortable. I don’t want for anything so I’m not in a race.”
