Jigga’s new spot will feature five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a library and maid’s quarters, a several scenic views of the city. The hip-hop mogul can count Yankee Derek Jeter amongst his new neighbors.

The Trump World Towers feature a health club and spa, wine cellar and room service from Megu, a popular Japanese restaurant in the city.
