Celebrity tattles are dishing that hip-hop mogul Jay-Z is masterminding a hit single that will feature his trademark armpiece, Beyonce, and his once rumored sidedish Barbados-born singer Rihanna.

“We’re not sure yet whether it’ll be a new track or a [remix] of one from [Rihanna's new album] Good Girl Gone Bad,” an alleged insider says. “Everyone’s pretty excited about the collabo … [Jay Z's] a genius for pulling this off.”

This news comes just days after whispers that Rihanna’s presence at June 5th’s MTV Movie Awards is the real reason that Ms. Knowles will be skipping the affair.

The rumor mill claims that Jay-Z is planning a Ri-Bey remix to the current chart-topper “Umbrella.”
