The mother of Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson was found dead in her home on the South Side of Chicago Friday.

A male and a female were reportedly found shot to death inside the home on the city’s South Side around 3 PM this afternoon.

However, a rep for the family’s church, Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist in Chicago, confirmed 57-year-old Darnell Donnerson, Jennifer’s mother, was one of the victims.
