John Legend is launching his own record label to help find and promote new up-and-coming talent.

The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter has agreed to a deal with bosses at music publishing company Cherry Lane, which includes the development of his own imprint, called HomeSchool Music.

“Through this new joint venture, we are looking forward to uncovering some of the best new talent together.”
